Aromatic and complex. Our 14 single-origin spices are artisan-Dry roasted and hand-blended in Glasgow for deep, layered flavour.
Tasting notes: warm cardamom, floral mace, citrusy coriander, smoky black cardamom, and pepper heat on the finish.
Use for: marinades, finishing curries, grills, veg, kebabs, pilau. Add ½–1 tsp at the end for perfume.
Ingredients: coriander, cumin, black pepper, cassia, cardamom (green/black), clove, mace, nutmeg, bay, fennel, star anise, dried rose, dried ginger.
Allergens: none intentionally added. Packed in a facility handling nuts, sesame, and mustard.
Origin: Roasted and blended in Glasgow in small batches.
